15 min Lower BODY workout

Equipment; 2 Dumbbells, resistance band and bench.

I am doing 1 set 10 reps each exercise however, you can add more sets and reps depending on the time you have.

10 min Upper BODY workout

Equipment; 2 Dumbbells, up to 3kg, I am using 2,5kg.

I am doing 1 set 1o reps each exercise without any break.
