Refund/Cancellation Policy

All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours of the class commencing by email.  Cancellations made outside of this time frame will be charged as a late Cancellation. 

  • Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Blocks of classes and Private classes will be charged the full session fee. 

  • Clients may not attend a Class or Private session unless paid in full before the class. 

  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable. 

  • Public classes are non-refundable however please still notify if you are unable to attend.

  • We accept credit or debit card.  However American Express and Diners Club cards are unable to be accepted at this time.

  • All prices include VAT. 

  • Payment for all classes must be received two days prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place. 

  • Last bookings are within 2 hours of the start of the class.
