Meet Sandra

Sandra has always had a passion for fitness, gymnastics, dance and sport.  In her teenage years she was introduced to handball where she toured around Europe with her team. 

Sandra has always had a passion for life however a lack of confidence limited many avenues of her life.  Once Sandra discovered Pilates her confidence grew and she knew that the world was her oyster.  After a move from Lithuania to the UK in 2010, it is Sandra's aim to promote fitness and build self confidence for all.

Sandra who founded Shape S Pilates is a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience. Sandra offers online group classes, one to one's and Pilates/meditation fusion workshops. 

Sandra's focus as a Pilates instructor is to help you get the most from each class by focusing on technique and posture.  Pilates is an effective low impact exercise that targets the whole body leaving muscles feeling lengthened and toned.  Modifications are always provided in each class as it is important that you listen to your body. 

Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for many years, embarking on a class with Shape S Pilates will challenge and inspire you not only to reach your fitness goals but it will also change your life.

Sandra wants to expand the Shape S Pilates community to include all those who love Pilates.  Sandra already has a loyal client base that she calls friends and looks forward to welcoming you to her classes.
