Restore & Stretch 1 – 17mins - Dynamic Stretch 1 

This is a medium paced class that focuses on full body stretching.   

You can use blocks to aid stretches, especially if you cannot touch the floor. 

Be careful not to overstretch and do not force your body into a position that causes pain and discomfort.


New!Restore & Stretch 4 – 25mins - Slow Stretch 2 

This is a slow paced class that focuses on full body stretching.


Restore & Stretch 2 – 17mins - Dynamic Stretch 2 

This is a medium paced stretch class. 

Be careful not to overstretch do not force your body into a position.   

 

Restore & Stretch 3 – 25mins - Slow Stretch 1 

This is a slow paced class that focuses on full body stretching. You can follow me or stay and relax into the stretch for about 3 long inhales and exhales whilst I move up and down in each stretch.

You can use blocks to aid stretches, especially if you cannot touch the floor. Also, if you decide to stay into the stretch feel free to use a yoga strap or pilates ring to hold a stretch.
